The Basics of What is Included

We can build any house on your lot that you desire, though some items are impossible to determine until an actual site evaluation is conducted.

What's Typically not Included? 

(This only applies to Build On Your Lot "BOYL" construction)

  • Lot (preconstruction inspections are available for construction estimate purposes)
  • Surveys or Soils Analysis
  • Site specific costs
  • Landscaping, lawn sprinkler system, and fencing (allowances can be given)
  • Concrete Flatwork (allowances can be given)
  • Utilities to the lot
  • Septic and/or well systems
  • Applicable Permits 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Earnest money required when Construction Agreement is signed
  • Septic, well and pool contractor must be pre-approved by lender
